At LM House Designs we will transform your home with quick and dramatic results at an affordable price. We purchase furniture at wholesale prices only offered to the trade. We collect many hidden treasures that the public is not exposed to since many of our items are not mass produced and are custom made.
While design is a process, we don’t overcomplicate. We want to meet you, get to know your space, understand your vision, and create a functional environment that is tailored to your needs & lifestyle. This plan includes a design contract, estimates and timelines.
After you approve the contract, your dream starts to become reality. This unparalleled custom experience starts the assembly of your design as you see the redesign taking place. Material selections are finalized, orders are placed, fabrication begins and installation schedules are arranged. We will provide you with ongoing updates to ensure you are well informed of our progress.
A retainer fee will be required to begin along with a 50% down payment of the total estimated project cost.
We begin with a pre-appointment phone call to assess your project. At this time we will discuss your plans and vision in determining what you would like your redesign to offer.
Once in your home, we will assess the space, lighting and architecture.
We will then “shop” your home for pieces that can be used in different ways to complete the look. We want to make your home as comfortable and attractive to you, at the same time enhancing it’s future resale value.
Every persons décor is unique and personal, which greatly effects how you feel. Our creativity, brainstorming and vision all take place during this phase of the project.
