Our process is simple and straight forward.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

LM House Designs will meet with the home seller and real estate agent at the property to be staged. We will go over the budget, timeframe, and the process of staging with the goal of creating a staged home that will appeal to the largest audience. At this time, we will select 1 of our 3 customized staging packages that best fulfills your needs. We will be taking photographs and measurements of each room to be staged.

Step 2: Furniture Planning

We select each piece of furniture from our inventory that best fits your home and budget.  At this time we will submit our agreement including our services and fees. We will collect a 60-day rental fee, transport fee and set up staging fee.

Step 3: Staging Day

LM House Designs will consult and assist with the entire process, including delivery of furniture / accessories and set up.  We will mutually decide on a staging date that is best you.

Step 4: Congratulations, Your house has SOLD!

When your house is sold and escrow is almost closed, we will decide on a date to remove all furniture and de-stage the home: typically a 1-day process.
